Jeffrey A. Gottlieb is an American fashion photographer whose style is marked by an acute cinematic collaboration between photographer and subject.
Born in NYC and riased in New Jersey, his passion for photography was ignited when he made a pinhole camera in elementary school. His passion grew as his parents provided him with a Minolta SLR and a private photography tutor. He excited family and friends with his developing art.
He attended Ohio State University before transferring to Brooks Institute of Photography where he earned a dual degree in Photography and Cinema Production.
After graduation, he worked in post-production department on several feature films. Eight years later, he returned to photography, his true love.
Gottlieb's work has been part of several campaigns and publications such as: Velvet Angels, Lauren Elaine, Deneish, Beijo, Lord Griffon, Kareena's Trends, Sita Style, Queen Ester, Defunkt, NY Cool, 7x7 SF and more.
He has also shot for numerous fashion designers on both coasts of the U.S., mostly in New York, San Francisco and Los Angeles.
