No matter if they're professional models, actors, or just regular folks. It's the character, and the soul of the subject that really inspire me. I'm chill, fun and easy to work with. I do shoot paid test with agency rep'd models.
I don't outsource retouching / editing.
I don't give raw files, at least not for free.
I do shoot limited TF, but only on ideas I want to try and with talented people that I can't deny.
